What you will need:

 

• White Paint
• Colored Paper (for background)
• Black felt or paper
• Googely Eyes
• String or Ribbon
• Glue

 

This was a definite Pinterest craft! But sure was a great find! Only advice is to finger paint first and let dry before gluing on any of the pieces! :) It's pretty simple and super cute! Add any embellishments as you want :)

• Googley Eyes

Found this from Pinterest! :) Super easy! I liked putting a glove on their hands to make for an easy clean up :) I did this with my Dementia residents so I practically held their hand the whole time so they wouldn't scratch their face or touch their clothes! But it was a great sensory activity! :) We would have them just press their hand on a paper then quickly take off the glove and let it dry then add the finishing touches! SUPER CUTE and SUPER easy! :)

Yes I do realize that it's January. We did this a while back!

• White Paint
• Buttons
• Felt
• Ribbon
• Black Paper
• Orange Paper
• Market

 

 

This was a very simple and cute activity! I did it with our dementia residents and as long as you have an example it's fairly easy to follow! (Hence the reason why I am not putting up directions!) haha
